Peb fort(unconquered)

It was 26th January Republic day,me,mandar and aakash gather near my building at 6am and rolled towards Dn nagar metro station after getting there we found out that metro gate was locked and later we were informed by one of the person on road that metro was going to start at 7 am because of republic day
,BAD LUCK! without wasting time we took rickshaw and went straight to andheri station, from there to dadar station on fast train and from there local to neral station.
After getting down at neral station we went west side of station that where peb fort is!The fort derives it name from the Goddess 'Pebi'; Peb is also called 'Vikatgad'. Remember one can also take toy train to matheran if y'll want to go Panorama Point
It would take around 30-40 minutes to get to base village of peb fort,Local people and vendor's will help you show direction to the base point. After getting there what i saw was disturbing, all i saw was constrution site on forest vegetation sight

Construction site
On our way we saw many construction site,One can get the image what it's gonna turn out to be after decade.Mostly builders trap this villagers and farmers with quick money,What's odd about this place was there were barely any labourer and workers around it.However we kept on with our trek, all i know was to keep following the electric tower which was our way to Caves, fort,Temple.
We found cowshed,Huts,Cactus like plant in Water stream which was now dry and also some different kind of dry leaves which mandar needed for his project.

ME
Route was kind of getting confusing because of grasses and no trail further. We saw some trekkers coming back from the route that we were ascending to,they told us that this way to the fort is damn hard and they came back because of big rock which created barrier for them. However aakash and mandar decided to follow that way only to which i disagreed.Unfortunately they were Two(Aakash and mandar) so i got to follow them somewhere inside of me was like this way is kinda fishy because there was no electric tower on it.
We started our real trek,as we were moving upward the trail was getting vanished with lots of slippery grass started to appear. We were the one who were making trail with our hands and shoes by taking off the grass in between. The further we go narrower the path gets after 20minutes of trekking there comes the Big rock which others trekkers talk about. That big rock was approximately of chest height, the first one to go was aakash,we pushed him then mandar did it then when my chance came i was unable to make grip,my heart was pumping faster beacause little slip was enough to take me down to the base i.e my last breath,I took a deep breath and gave one hand to mandar and my another hand holding the Grass somehow i got up of that big rock. This kind of trek needs a rope and cliff.Mandar decided to take the charge and we followed him, that's why we call him bandhar(Monkey),that guy is damn fast when it's come to climbing. We were making trails with stick and nails like a dog just to make sure that there is a ground beneath it neither one wrong step is enough to take you down.My shoes was slippery so aakash was helping me by holding my leg while i was making a grip. When we looked down we saw some trekkers with guide not following our way instead they went further that means there was a easy way further, now we were little pissed.I gave a mean mug look to mandar and aakash, with heat on our head we were getting frustated and dehydrated. We reached the point where it was impossible to go down the path safely. Now we were just hoping for saddle point. After 15minutes of crouching mandar told us here comes the saddle point,we followed him and i can't describe the feeling of joy and relief. Our energy was lost but good thing was we made our way through hell. This was the toughest trek of our life.
We took a rest, drank water and eat some monaco biscuit then started our photo session

One thing y'll should remember while trekking out here follow the electric tower,One can also hear the electric sound, maybe its not properly attached so don't go near electric tower. On our way we saw group of monkey species animal, nah! they were not monkey first we were scared the way they were jumping like kangaroo and swinging here and there with the help of branches of tree,Later we found out that they are scared of human's.I was unable to snap pictures of them, they were too fast.On the ground we found some raw Bore(fruit) which we eat from far i thought it was raw apple.

Bore

Granite stone

Make sure y'll got full sleeve clothes on if you don't want to get stung by throne type of plant, those plants are on both sides while you walk on the trail, its not that hurtable though, its like ant bite.We kept following the trail then there comes the two path, now we got to select the path to precede further, electric tower was nowhere to be seen now.As mandar said we took the right one, there were lot of steeper rocks while we were climbing! turn out to be there was no sign of human out here.We felt like that we are taking the wrong path once again and already we were damn exhausted so we went back to the path selection point from there we took the left path.In between we saw this tree, the structure of the tree was quite amazing so we rested there because it was little cool out there, drank water and eat Oreo biscuit.

After resting we started our trek, here also there were some steeper rocks. After 10-15min we came to the point that we felt like it was untrekable further, there were like 3paths.
We sat there for 5minutes thinking what to do! we all screamed 'Is somebody there?' but no sign of human, more then that we were damn thirsty and there was no water left because i was the only who got water bottle and everybody were dependent on it on our whole trekking. So we eat upma which i got from home.Aakash skin started to burn from sunrays and my head was aching other than that mandar was gonna go to nashik tomorrow maybe for event or project or something like that so he needed some good sleep!
In the end we decided to quit, without wasting time we started to trek downwards very fast. While going down we took the electric tower route which was damn easy compare to the path we took coming up! This route too barely had trail but acceptable, most of the wrong trail were made by cows.Cows have better grip compare to human's by the way!
After getting down we headed towards neral station,on the way we saw well, with the help of well water we washed our face and hand.It was breath of fresh air for us,on the way we copped sprite and bisleri water.

Well

It took us like 30minutes to get to the neral station then we headed towards andheri station. After getting down at andheri station we took metro to azadnagar stop.
Then we went to swadesh hotel near bhavans college, ordered and eat Mushroom cheese pulav with papad,by the time we finished our meal it was 8pm then we all straight headed to our home.

ADVICE - While trekking pebfort take the first path(electric tower one) not the second one until and unless you are looking for something adventurous, maybe you can go for 3rd one.But i can't say much as i did not tried that one.
