I played and completed Sniper elite v2 this summer vacation which exceeded my expectation so i was excited to play Sniper elite v3 Afrika.
I started playing this Game staturday morning as the game start in the middle of war in north africa desert.First thing i noticed was the freedom they gave you in this game is 3-4 times bigger compared to v2,maps are well designed with perfect sniper nest spot,to sneak and to snipe german enemies without noticing them with the help of war environment like missile,plane,generator damage voice thats around neither sniping in silent environment will make guards alert and you might have to relocate position and wait for couple more minutes before sniping another guard so they can't spot your zone.
Missions are damn big but no need to worries with checkpoint feature.Freedom in the mission reminded me of old hitman series,Splinter cell blacklist but the moment when i started enjoying this game i found out that i was on 7th mission with only 8 total mission in the game which was disappointing.
You can kill enemies not only with the help of pistol,rifle and sniper but also by placing a trap with trap mine
,grenade and dynamite which is more effective while destroying tank.Sniping gasoline drum can also help kill group of guards guarding in gasoline spot.
Graphics are up to the mark with no glitches and bugs.X-ray kill cam and bullet motion time is well mastered though story is so so with german's making beast tank underground for the destruction of africa then europe.Desert location also get repetitive in V3.When it comes to story,location,Total mission and excitment i will put V2 Over V3.
By sunday evening my solo campaign was over.It will take around 10-11 hours of solo campaign to complete.
